Alex Murel is a senior solutions architect with AWS Media & Entertainment, where he designs innovative cloud-based live production and broadcast systems for clients including ESPN, NHL, NASCAR, and NBC Sports. With over a decade of experience as a broadcast engineer, systems integrator, and design consultant, Murel has worked on high-profile projects such as SoFi and Allegiant Stadium’s video production systems and he even had a stint as the sole broadcast engineer for the United States Antarctic Program.
